I wouldn't say they are solid and I am not sure if they flap around. At speed on the highway I can't hear them I haven't seen them at speed because I am driving the car. To answer your question, I am not sure.

I have them as well. There are two types. the solid ones cuz have that are just a hard plastic. And the ones you saw six speed that are a softer and much more flexable compound (also the ones I have) and they are the $120 ones. I once had the cheap ones and coundlt stand the scraping noise every time I went over a speed bump. So I switched to flexable ones and problem solved

I have heard that scrape twice in 2 weeks. For a saving of 100 bucks I will live with it. lol

Oooohhhhh ok so I guess if I do go with rally's I'll go with the more expensive cuz hearing scrapes get me nervous lol.. But still 15$ isn't bad!!!! Compared to 100$!!
