Question I Can't wait to put my 17" alloys back on :)
Hey All,

I just looked at my Display Pic and remembered how much better the handling and looks are with the 17" Alloys on the car compared to my winter 15" steelies. I can't wait to put them back on (Got new summer tires installed right before I switched over too )

anyone else feel the same way?

Yep. I just bought my car and have never driven on the 16" alloys yet...lol. Unfortunately, winter has only just begun here in central Ontario...

Same here, I want to slap my 18" summer wheels on my car, but right now I don't mind the look of my painted 15" winter wheels.

^^ I used Tremclad rust paint, sanded the rims down a bit and hit it with 3 coats. Tough as nails!!

Tremclad must be in limited availability. I don't ever recall seeing it. Will have to do a search. 3 minutes later: Found it. One of the Rustoleum family of paints but offered in Canada. Cool. Dang, this forum broadens your intellectual horizons, doesn't it?

I love both my blue winter rims/ black/chrome summers!! But I miss summer cruising!!
