Default '11 base model auto on/off headlights

First off, hello everyone. New to me '11 white sedan.
I searched and nada. I browsed through the first 19 pages, nada.

Has anyone installed factory fogs on a base model that didnt come equipped with fogs using factory parts? I want to go this route with mine and install the auto on/off headlight sensor also. It looks to me like the fog and the sensor are pretty much plug n play. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

I installed aftermarket factory like fogs. However I used the relay, switch and wiring kit that was not factory.

I did find out on page 53 that leaving the lights on the low beam setting will cause the lights to stay on for 30 seconds after the ingition is off and when entering the car. I haven't had time to read the owners manual yet. Only 2nd day of ownership
I still want fogs or are they driving lights? no matter. I still want them

Fogs are exactly that: Fogs. There's a disclaimer in your owner's manual cautioning against running both fog and headlights for unusually long periods- stress on the alternator.

DRL's are your high beam bulbs burning at half power.
