2013 Avante

Hey guys, new to this site, first post!

Just bought my Hyundai Avante 2013 (I'm in Korea), thought I'd share my excitement with you guys about it.

This is the first car I've ever bought so you can imagine how excited I am.
I didn't get the navigation package installed with the car since the dealer said it would be cheaper and better to get an after market one installed in the dash which is what I did.

Had huge problems with the whole USB/MP3 things, just wouldn't read 3 USB sticks I bought!!

After reading through the posts here and trying God knows how many tricks, I found that my car picked up my stick & MP3 if I formatted it in FAT32 with 2048 bytes allocated and stored all my music in the root of the stick rather than making individual folders.

Only problem I have is that my Navi is all in Korean...but that's the price I had to pay to have an indash system installed.

Driven about 100km and loving every moment of it...no, actually that's not true, I was **** scared for the first 50km or so, but gaining confidence by the KM and feel all good now!

Even in Korea they use Km/h

And OkieRich, as much as I enjoyed your compliment...I can't accept it seeing as I'm a brit haha. I work in Korea so that explains it.

Would love to take this baby with me when I go back home but I heard customs duty on shipping a car is riiiidddiiicccuuuulllooouuusss D:
