Default ECM tuning (not for power, duh, its not a sports car)

Just wondered if anyone had ANY luck finding someone to start tuning the ECM for this car. I don't want more power, this is my commuter car. Looking for for better shift points while driving so I don't have to shift using sport mode to get the motor down below 2000 rpm when accelerating up fairly low slope hills. The car also seems to not like to shift up when going up steep hills and it needs more guts. My only real beef with the car. Getting the motor below 2000rpm would be nice in these situations and I think would produce better fuel mileage. I'm pretty easy on the throttle the majority of the time and have done about everything else to make sure I have achieved all the mileage I can, but I'd like to find any extra I can.

I have not heard of anyone doing ecm tunes for this car. Chances are nobody ever will. I think the time and cost required would likely never be recovered due to limited demand.
