2012 Elantra Limited - CEL - Engine Misfires

Hello,
So my engine light came on, I have an appointment at the dealer tomorrow. I ran the codes, its misfires in 2 cyclinders. Anyone else have issues? Seems early in life to have these issues.

Ya, I know...just seem to be having a lot of issues for a 2012 car! I really wasnt expecting this one

@ approximately 28,000 km? If I'm reading your odometer correctly. Keep us posted on the findings. Here's hoping it's some minor hiccup in the ECM.

I had exactly the same problem only on cylinder 4. After short diagnostic dealer concluded that my spark plug on cylinder 4 was intermittent. He changed it and now it's OK, no more check engine light.

I had same problem code 301 & 304 reset it drive for 30 miles not show any more.

Have a 2012 elentra engine light went on in July and went off did nothing about it since it was yellow not red and this week Sept 17 the light came back made an appointment to see the mechanic at Hyundai. Light turned off before they got to see it so nothing was done about it, but I asked to put it on the computer as it should store problem after pleading with them they did and got misfire from the computer but because light is off they will not do anything about it till light comes on telling me it's bad fuel???? Like mentioned too early to get this type of problem 25,000km does this make sense??

I also have a 2012 Elantra. Yesterday I tried to turn the car on and it was shaking until it shut off. Engine misfire is probably the cause. Hyundai has serviced the car 2 times already for the same problem before on 2 different occassions. This will now make it 3 times and the car is brand new. RIDICULOUS!!!

Any idea what action we can take to get something done?

after the third time, wouldn't that be considered a lemon?
