Fog light bulb is 881, unless I ordered the wrong ones. Several auto store websites gave that stock # as the replacement for the sedan.

Alright, another difference between the GT and the sedan. Good upgrade then Rich.

I REALLY hope this is as simple as it reads! I'm doing this also!

Someone somewhere on this forum posted step style instructions on how to have the car running while the doors are locked and either with the key in or out (forgot which). Can someone steer me towards that post or help me out on this one. The temps are getting colder and colder here and warming up the engine is becoming mandatory.

I think I saw that thread you are referring to and remember someone mentioning this:

if you remove the key(the actual metal key) from the FOB, leave the FOB in the car, exit the car and lock the door with the metal key from the outside, the car will stay on and it will be locked. When returning to your car, use the key to get in.

I don't think he has the tech package since he listed '13 Elantra GL from Canada.

Correct, no tech package means key is stuck in the ignition as long as it's running. Only way to get around that is to have a remote starter installed. I was hoping to get that next winter or the one after but now...

thats what i have, 2 way autostart remote starter. perfect if i forget something in the house when i get to my car or something...only downer is, you burn more fuel than you think. With my new Winters(not rolling resistant/eco friendly) plus warming up car lots(hit almost -30C this week couple times) and even the mud flaps on highway, my fuel economy has suffered...hit 23.2 MPG(90%City, 10% Hwy)
