Ours is up today. Apparently they called and I was on another call. I called the 1-800 number that showed on caller id, and they were unable to help me. The girl must have said "umm" 40 times in the 3 minutes conversation. She said for me to "wait" for a sales person to call me back. Ugg, I really want to keep it, but at a good price. No way I will spend $159 to $199 that the girl quoted me.

So how did you all get these great deals? I am needing to know.

I've got a special code for a 3 months deal at $11 but they charged me $16 without consent... What a bunch of thieves. Now they have my credit card on file.

Wait for them to call you. They need you more than you need them! If you call in an attempt to reactivate, you wont get too good a deal. Think of it as a game of chicken! Don't worry, you will get another call, even letters in the mail. The longer you wait, the better the offers get.

In other news, many of the smart phones have radio stations similar if you look in the right places. Slacker happens to be my favorite because it allows all of the functions you would normally use, and on the steering wheel too. I refused to pay them after getting phone calls once a day for two weeks after telling them to stop. Also got at least 2 letters per week with "deals" in them. I liked a few stations, but if you have a smart phone Slacker or Pandora can do nearly the same things and you're already paying for a data plan.

Payment Plan: Monthly Select 7,47 €
Music Royalty Fee: 2,91 €
Tax: GST: 5,0% PST: 9,5% 1,55 €
TOTAL: 11,93 €

However they didn't charge anything until now because my trial was not over. Then I got a charge of around 16$. I called them and the girl was very rude, not admitting any mistake, and then like: How much do you want back? 3$, 4$? I'm still waiting for that money. In their file, the plan was 10.47$ not 7.47$, how come...

By the way why their stupid website is showing an EURO sign for Dollars? Did they ever try to use their own thing?

It's over, after those 3 months there's no way they're gonna get any money back from me. They are a very disrespectful company, not getting any clue about what is customer care.

I just enrolled for 6 months @ $25.00 US, plus $4 and change (taxes or something). At the end of the 6 months, I'll call and cancel unless they agree to another 6 months @ $25.00. They will. They may "him and haw" around and say they can't, but they will. When you tell them you're going elsewhere, they come around.

Ugg, I just spent over 1 hour on the phone with them. Ended up getting 6 mo for $27.44. The best she could offer me was $94 for 12 months, to which I said I can not justify $100 for radio. Ugg. I even went online and looked up coupon codes while on the phone with her. She said they could not honor 2nd party coupons.

Funny, she told me 2 times she was going to "go talk to her supervisor", she would put me on hold, then come back and say this and that.....there were young kids in the backgroup and another adults voice....so she was obviously at home taking the call and never really spoke with a supervisor.

Of coarse she told me if I didn't agree to something today we would lose service, and if we resigned up would get a $15 reactivation fee. I really wanted a 12 month contract so I don't have to do this again....but not at $94.

Not sure how others did it, I played hardball, and the $27.44 was the best I could do.

But the 6 months starts after your 3 month free trial so you'll have 9 months before the bargaining will start again. I wish they had more reasonable deals or lifetime that you own the car, etc...
