Enjoying my free 90 day trail until March 23rd. They called and offered me 3 more months at $3 per month, so I took that deal. At the end of that term I'll try to haggle with them to get the subscription down to $80 per year or less. If not, will just cancel. Not worth more than that imo.

Beware that they will not call you for renewal, they will just advise you by email and serve themselves at full-price from your credit card if you don't call. Also check for overcharges.

Ladies & fellas: these guys will send you special offers in the mail. I received about 4 or 5 for the 6 mo/$25 deal before I finally got off high center and took the bait. I just haven't let them set the hook and reel me in full time.

Hey, $60 a year ain't bad. My rate would be $50 a year. $10 bucks, either way is a heck of a sight better than their "going rate" they charge the unsuspecting subscribers.

BTW, what IS their full retail rate they "try" to charge people. Anyone know?

They normally charge around $15.99/mo. which = about $191+/yr, but they offered me $120/yr. I said no, just give me the extra 3 months for $3 per month and we'll talk when that runs out...

The 2012 Ltd I just bought used is about a year old. I suppose when the prior owner gets a renewal, he will shut it off. Don't know how XM will contact me, I kind of like it. Guess I'll just have to call.
