Well, considering it's kids and wife's first white Christmas, I hope everyone is thrilled over it. Maybe it'll stick around for a few days to enhance their enjoyment. Personally, I'm ready for ours to leave! LOL

Yep, too boot, when we were going through the drive-thru last night, I must have accidentally hit my rear window down button, so the rear window on the driver side was open slightly...

Let's just say I'm glad I used Thompson's Water Seal on my upholstery, but the seat and the upholstered door arm rest are pretty wet! We were leaving to pick up the kids when I discovered it, so after drying the seat and armrest with a towel, Jade had to also sit on a towel after picking 'em up.

I did that once in my Elantra (well actually my stepson left it down) but it had leather, so the repercussions were not as great.

Just drove back from Christmas dinner at my brother's place. His furnace died about two hours ago. It's -27C outside right now and dropping so I think they'll be spending the night stoking the fireplace in the living room.

Wow gmcd thats pretty darn cold. Hopefully they have space heaters and can get it fixed tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with him and he has actually managed to get a furnace guy out tonight (for premium $). If they can't fix it tonight then between his inlaws and myself we can provide them with enough space heaters to keep things from getting too frosty.

Man, I was cold in 30-40 degree weather, when our furnace was out. We just got it fixed the other day (were using space heaters before that). I can't even begin to imagine -27 degrees!

I just can't imagine living (suffering?) where the temp is -27 degrees. That's so extreme! How does a human being deal with that, year after year? I get grumpy whenever the thermometer approaches +33 F. C'mon, Springtime!
