Dimension radio presets

Twice now I've gotten into my car to discover the radio presets all disappeared. Anybody else have this problem or solution? I will bring it up with the dealer next visit. Thanks, Doug

I believe (I may be wrong) that it has to do with continuous juice going to the radio from the battery. Could be a loose wire?
