2011 Sonata Turbo

Well, I've had my car 1 year 3 months and I have taken the car in 3 times for the turbo going out and they have not replaced it but fixed issues that would get me back on the road again. My turbo is out again and I am going back in this Thursday November 15 2011. I think I have a lemon and am wondering if anyone can give me some feedback on how to handle this and/or some suggestions?

I don't know anything about lemon laws or arbitration, but I'm sorry for your bad luck.

How many miles on the ride?

If you look in one of the books that came with the car, I believe there are procedures to follow.

Thanks for posting your mileage. Four times in just over 18K for the turbo is quite the frequency in state of disrepair.

File a complaint with Hyundai corporate. It's with the electronic wastegate.
