My '11 did and it was noticeably harsh, but I'm thinking a TSB/reflash cleared it up. There's still a little, yet not much.
I suppose one could sling the stick to manual whilst in a high gear and that might prevent the early downshift. However, you'd probably need to swing it back to auto before applying gas. |

I'm having this issue as well on a 2012 Sonata Limited.
I've brought it into the dealer twice now and they refuse to work with me. They won't call Hyundai. There are no error codes so they just want me out. It's kind of driving me nuts... |
