I'm at 38 with nearly the same miles, so you are doing better than me. I blame wisconsin.

I'm at 47 @ 1600+ miles. Very hilly here in Upstate SC. You are way ahead of me.

You get a planet @200 ECO Score.

Just returned from a 260 mile trip. I'm up to 45 now with 1350 miles.

FYI averaged 34.2 MPG on the trip. Mostly highway. Very windy. And of course in typical Wisconsin fashion, about 30 degrees.

I've been crawling below speed limit and trying to coast as much as possible...

but the **** gas engine kicks in way above 1/4 level... and never goes past 3/4 for me.

Don't worry about the EV cycle. All your energy comes from the gas engine (ICE). The battery is there to capture energy that would otherwise be wasted, like from breaking or running the ICE at a less efficient output. The car then decides when to use that captured energy to maximize MPH.

Normal operation for the car is that it tries to keep the battery level at 50%. That way it has room to capture energy if needed, and also to release it if needed. If it was all the way full, or all the way empty it could not do that.

Yup, typical with HSH. Hyundai only uses like 20% of the entire battery capacity. Prius, Camry Hybrid, Ford Focus Hybrid all use about 35%-40% of the battery pack.

That's the "instant" eco level. That shows how you are doing on that drive I like that it resets to be honest
