Default Free SiriusXM for 2 weeks

I got a letter in the mail that my XM radio will be free from 1/30 through 2/12 (I don't subscribe), so if you don't subscribe you might want to try your XM tomorrow to see if everyone is included in the freebie.

It also included a come-on to get 6 months for $25, but they will auto-bill at their exorbitant standard rates after that.

You can cancel the trial before it ends and you do not get charged. You can also call right before the deal ends and they always have deals!

This.

I just set a reminder on my iPhone to call and cancel about a week before the trial expires. They will offer you deals but I have always got the best deals by letting them deactivate the radio. About a week later I start getting emails from them. I have been on the $25 for 6 months plan for over a year now.

I like XM but I don't need it. So if I canceled and the deals stopped I would just stop using it.

The key is you have to call. If I can sign up via the web I should be able to cancel the same way. I hate using the telephone, especially if I have to wait.

The one thing you can't do on the internet is cancel. You must call because they want to talk you into a contract or extension.
