I was talking with a friend about car modifications and I said to him, "I could spend all day looking online at all the car modifications (toys) I could do to my Sonata and not get any work done." He said, "Yeah, we need a support group." LOL I thought of Alcoholics Anonymous but for the mod world... Modificationholic Anonoymous. I can hear it now at a meeting... "Hello my name is (insert name here) and I have been modification free for 3 months.
I thought to myself, "When is enough, enough? Each of us can only answer that question. LOL

Well for me, after I'm done with the in dash ipad mini, an advanced keys keyless entry and push button start system and figure out which headlights i want to keep. I'm done after that. I've been modding cars my whole life. Started with two Honda civics, then a Nissan sentra, the I had a Buick lacrosse that I just added rims and tint, I took a break after that. Then I got this darn sonata and had a relapse lol

I stopped modding when I realized what college tuition is going to cost me for my two kids. The increasing disenchantment of my Sonata also tells me not to spend money on it anymore.
My fun car hasn't received anything other than maint in almost three years...

I put a chrome license plate frame on the car to replace the dealer's plastic advertizing one... that was enough for me.
![]() Wait... does a Febreze car vent-clip air freshener count as a modification? |

I tinted the windows. After the last couple of cars I had, I don't have a desire to modify this. Although, a bigger turbo and intercooler, wider tires, coilovers, DVD headunit, leather interior, and subwoofer install would be nice....
