Anyone else get an email about Hyundai Engineer's Survey?

I have the 2012 SE Turbo and when I close the doors it sounds like "plastic".

I have a 2013 se 2.4 and when I close any of the doors they have a nice solid thump, Unlike my 04 grand cherokee which sounds like a tank hatch when i close is lol.

I purchased my car in October 23 2012 and have never recieved any kind of survey. Not even the one for purchasing the car. Weird...

I drive a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE and when I close the driver's door, it's a very solid sounding closure... nothing abnormal sounding to me. I guess I'm fortunate.

I have a 2013 sonata limited, the doors sound solid when closing them. also it is much quieter on the road than the 2011 limited I traded it in on.

I just got another email survey. The first one was long and sucked. was hoping for a coupon, keychain, email or something, at the end, but nothing.

Now I actually got into this survey and it was much better. It was shorter, plus, as said earlier, it went back to my answers and asked about my problems. More boxes to check and to fill out. Very nice survey.....still hoping for a Hyundai ink pen.
