Default New Sonata is lopsided?

I have been looking through the web and can't find much that pertains to this issue. I have a 2013 Sonata w/Pop package and it tilts towards the rear drivers side. It was first noticed in my garage but it seems to do it on every "flat" surface. I tried to measure and it is indeed lower on that side.

Any ideas what is up? It is brand new and I don't have any other issues right now other than maybe a click when i come to a stop from time to time.

Sure it's not a broken spring?.

Weak spring or broken spring rear DS wheel would be my guess. Something the dealer should have a look at.

How far is it leaning? I know that some cars the drivers side sits a little high to account for leveling when the driver gets in.

i dont have an exact measurement but i can only fit 3 fingers between the tire and wheel well as opposed to 4 on passenger side. lol

I was thinking it may be a spring too but I didn't see anything when I looked. I will have to give a call. I am hoping it is not damaging anything else and that it will be covered under warranty. Only around 2000 miles on her!

Personally I would be taking it to the dealership you bought it from.

the purchase dealership is over an hour away...i made an appointment locally. I told them it was my first time in for a possible suspension issue and they were pleasant. hopefully it will work out. If not I will have to bite the bullet and make the drive. I am hopeful that with 2000 miles it should be a no hassle cover since the vehicle has never hit anything.

Any Hyundai dealer can service it.

I'd back up your findings from the "finger method" with results from a measuring tape.
