has anyone installed this on their sonata? Seems like it's pretty nice with a slim remote key w/ Remote Start. Just wanted to know if anyone has already, and wanted to know if there is any negatives about the product. such as battery replacements.

Install this just to avoid having to touch the door handle? I don't see the benefit.

It's just a push button start/stop System that has a really slim remote that can fit in your wallet(also includes a button for Remote start). The system unlocks the door as you walk close to the door, and locks the door as you walk away (alerts you with horn if one of your doors are not closed fully as you walk away). It also has Window/sunroof closing module. So that if your windows are all down and you just walk away without closing them, the system closes all of them for you.

I'm guessing no one has bought this product yet for the sonata. Seen some people on lexus forums that had done the installations. Maybe someone could set up a group buy for us! =]

Just because I walk past my car does not mean I want the door to unlock and relock as I walk away. It could be nice at times, but I often walk past my car numerous times in a day with no intentions of getting in the car.

Living in an apartment I don't have the issue where I would be walking past my car that often... Only time I would be within a 10 ft range of the car with my wallet and not plan on getting in is when I take my motorcycle... I guess if you have a driveway or multiple vehicles you use on a regular basis it could be annoying...
