My car has the hill hold and it was the first feature that I did notice when I purchased the car.
After you release your break the car still stopped for 2 to 3 seconds so you can accelerate, that happening when you are on hills only. Other day I did try using reverse with the car pointing down, and it works as well. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using AutoGuide App |

+1 to Laercio
I've noticed the same. If I'm on a hill and I let go of the brake it rolls back just a tad and then stops. I've driven other cars and stopped on the same hill; they always roll back and don't stop until I hit the brake.
