Default sonata totaled

Well as the title suggests my car is gonna be totaled as a result of hurricane sandy. Had salt water over the roof. But thank God for insurance I am covered for this. So I will probably take what I get from allstate and go back to hyundai. I've been wanting the turbo sonata since it came out and now's my chance. I think the only mods I will do this time are hids, tint and of course the led cupholder lights. I really loved my car and I did so much too it that I feel like I lost a family member. But we move on to bigger and better things. Later guys.

Sorry to hear that Glenn! I really get the family member feeling. You put your heart and labor into that ride, making it your own. I think the turbo will be special to you after a short while, they're that good.
Good luck!!

Sorry to hear about your car but I'm glad it wasn't totalled with you inside it (i.e a collision). From what I see on TV Sandy wasn't too kind to you folks in the New York / New Jersey area.

How are they doing at restoring power and other services in your area?

Now that we just got some snow too.... who knows how much longer it will take for the remaining people to get power restored. Hopefully this current "storm" wont effect the process too much.

To Glenn, sorry to hear about the Sonata...I was wondering if anyone on here was effected (car-wise) because of Sandy. Hope to see you in another Sonata soon!

Sorry to hear. It is a double edged sword. You get to get a new one but you loose the one you have bonded with.

+1 Sympathy for your loss. I'm interested in HOW your insurance will treat/treated the significant list of Add-ons that made your Sonata even more Special.
