So are you TOUCHING the LA line on the screen to activate ?

I fear No progress til you can get a Svc Rep to examine/verify issue.

Svc Ctrs are PAINFULLY INEPT at Software issues but Documenting a Problem in Svc Records is a key.

Keep us posted BUT is touching the LA line working?

It doesn't allow you to touch/choose a city that it thinks your saying. It just lists them and then relies on voice command to choose them.

The "city selection" exercise is marching to its own beat; Touching the screen -And- saying "Line 1" works on mine BUT for Phone calls (note I'm an '11 Ltd vs. '13 SE). I wrongly interpolated the same logic for your situation.

Don't be shy to make this (in a Nice way) a Dealer Sppt issue; Two Forum members had some/all of their NAV unit's replaced over an iPhone/Contacts issue BUT one (at least) had to endure numerous dealer visits. Dealers have become like doctors - you need to be more responsible for you than they will be per [over-burdened-with-regulations] - paperwork, returning calls (a Svc Mgr I left a Msg with told me (when I got him on My Own) that he had 23 Voice mails waiting for him THAT day.

Is that pic of the analog clock a picture with the old software? Because when I try to set mine up in the setup menu, my screen just stays blank...I've always wondered when and where that analog clock is supposed to show up. Does it show when the car is off? or just when the radio is off?

I'm not in front of the system to use as a guide, but if I remember correctly, the analogue clock is under the clock settings. You should see it when you press the temperature/clock button on the upper left corner of the Nav screen casing.

I figured it out at lunch. You have to hold down power button for like 2 - 3 secs, then hit the info button and it shows up. Kind of pointless, but at least I know my system isn't messed up.

After reading all of this thread though, I sure hope they get a fix to the temp missing because I would like to do an update, especially for $100

My radio display has an issue since the new map update.
My phone will connect through the blue tooth, and I see the top of the display saying that the phone is connected. The rest of the screen is black. The radio is playing, since that is what it was set on. But the screen does not show.
If I click the AM/FM button it goes to the FM2 page, since it was on FM1, or I can hit the hybrid button twice and it will go back to the radio display.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this?
