Thank you. I'll keep you guys posted. I have an assignment due this Friday which I'm diligently working on. I'm realistically planning on scheduling an appoint sometime in the middle of next week.

Sorry for taking so long. I officially have an appt set up with my dealer in a couple of hours.
If they don't fix it or provide anything to offset the inconvenience, I'm filing a complaint with headquarters. There's no excuse for such an annoying problem to be present in a brand new car. I'll keep you guys posted. |

They checked out my car and told me something along the lines of "I checked with my operations manager, service manager, and our certified technicians. They said that all Hyundai vehicles are like this - it's just the way they're built. My boss even told me that his $40,000 Genesis has the creaking problem"
...so apparently all Hyundais have this problem. Though I doubt it, I don't know what else to do at this point
