Haha, didn't know x) I should check this forum more often from now on >.>.
Anyways, I'm in Korea right now. I'd like to share the difference I noticed from the KDM Sonata. I also posted on the Turbo Sonata forum; however I decided to share on this forum as well. Right now, I'm driving a non-turbocharged Sonata in Korea(I'm visiting for a month)and I have to say, it's different. The suspension is much firmer than the Limited/GS, but not as tight as the SE models. I've driven many Sonatas and Optimas in the U.S. and I have to say, they used different materials for the car. I do NOT hear any wind noise no matter how fast I'm going in the Sonata from Korea. The car's ride is definitely firmer than the Limited/GS ride, and I do not hear much of tire and road noise(I've put dynamat all over my car, even under the carpet; however my 2012 Sonata 2.0T Limited is not as quiet as the one I'm driving in Korea. The car came with Michelin tires from factory. Every parts put on are very firm and true. I don't hear any clicking noise from the dash parts and console panels. I'm very impressed by the quality put into making cars in Korea. The material of the leather seats are amazing... When I first got in the car, I thought it was a different car. The leather seats are much darker(darker black) and softer. The car has so much more pearls in the paint. Once you do a car wash, it already looks like it's waxed due to the amount of pearls in the paint...It looks beautiful and new. The car is 3 yr old, and it was used around a mountain area with a lot of stones and gravels.. and there is no single paint chip on the bumper. Maybe the quality of the paint is different? Besides that, the ride quality of KDM Sonata was definitely better.. Though, they do not offer sports tuned suspension for all models, unless you buy the Turbo model and purchase the Dynamix package on top of that which is $1500 extra for the suspension kit only. I also bought a pair of OEM side folding mirrors, wiring harnesses, a switch, and a switch cover... I know there was GB promotion, and it didn't go well. The guy who was testing them had to drill panels and stuff? Apparently that isn't necessary, told by a tuner at the shop in Korea. I just have to cut the existing wires and the new one as well, and solder them together. I do have to splice the "power folding motor" wires into ACC or something just to get the power source. We will see... :P
