First try cleaning the "scratches" to be sure they aren't really scuffs. I use Goo Gone to remove scuffs and it works great. To cover scratches I suggest 303 Protectant. This stuff is amazing on vinyl surfaces. I have used it for years on vinyls and plastics on my cars and my boat and highly recommend it.

If that doesn't cover the scratches, then try a tire shine product next.

Dave

Search or create a new thread .... To OP, I have the samee problem, and have tried meguiars interior cleaner, but that (obv) didnt do anything. Ill be sure to pick up 303 , would that be found in the auto store? Not sure if its designed for cars .

Try some polishing compound. If the paint has been broken through to the metal, no way to buff it out.

no metal touched, so probably touch up pen will help?

I was JUST going to create a thread on this today, I have noticed some scratches in the same area on my car, as well. I have one on the same surface on the passenger side, too...may have to try the 303!

Touchup paint could help, but I'd try the polishing compound first with a soft rag or a car wax applicator. If you have an electric buffer that can help with the polishing compound as well. If all else fails try touching it up.

303 is some good stuff! I found mine at a local boat dealer. But later I saw some at Ace hardware for about $2 cheaper?
