No, Bluelink is a proprietary Hyundai thing that is either built into your car or it isn't. It's more than just the mirror and you can't add it later, it was never available on the '11's.
There is an aftermarket On-Star mirror you can buy if you really want that type of service, I don't think those are auto-dimming though.
