So let's start Off saying how everyone loves slamming doors shut. I warn some passengers not to slam but in the middle of convos getting in and out of the car I space out sometimes and forget to tell them to take it easy.
Getting on track now... Having serious rattle issues with passenger front door. Sounds like there's a screw bouncing around or some type of loose connections. Went to the dealership and they said it's better if I do it on my own because I already passed the 12k mile mark and that warranty is over for small stuff like rattles. So question is anyone have a diagram or pictures of the door panel removal? -------------------------------------- Will also be doing the driver door rattle issue with bass I'll just spray some 3M dry lubricant. My headliner rattles over uneven roads. So possible headliner removal instructions as well. I'm registered with HMASERVICE but cant find anything lol. Thanks guys.

Go to this post and its #5, this was for a TSB and it shows how to remove almost everything.
http://www.hyundai-forums.com/index.php?sh...hl=door+handles I recomend a panel popper, about 10 bucks at a part store and they will save you many broken clips.

Under the shop menu, "Body (Interior and Exterior) > Exterior > Front Door > Repair procedures" Also, I find it hard to believe that the dealer cannot take a look at the door. I remember there being a nice bumper-to-bumper warranty with the car - not a 12k mile warranty. |

Just removed all door panels to upgrade speakers, the clips are very well built, not easy to break, none of mine broke.
Follow the directions from http://hmaservice.com/ To access the area behind the black panel, just remove the speaker and reach in and feel around to see if there is a loose screw. |
