I didn't fuse mine, I put silicone around mine so liquid will not go underneath them.

I started a thread about mine but I'll post in the right place. I paid for mine on a cold Friday morning around the time of the hurricane and this mad-man went to the post office that day and mailed the mod out to me. It arrived in exactly one week. I couldn't get to install them until Sunday. The provided instructions are spot on and the video was a tremendous help. I had a little trouble with my car; unrelated to the product. The passenger side trim was more difficult to remove and I had to do it twice because I didn't heed the instructions and I forgot to plug in my heated seats because I was so excited. Also had problems with my drill.
Love the look of the lights. Great mod! I get lots of compliments on them. Girlfriend thinks the car is beginning to look like the cockpit of a plane; I told her I'm almost done modding. Sometimes you just have to lie to them. LOL

Simply put, I love it and think it looks great!

Received them today (ordered them on Sunday but the Post Office was closed on Monday).

Included instructions were perfect, trim came off by hand...

Installed and looking great in about 30-40 minutes and I took my time.

VERY happy with this mod, can't wait to drive it at night!

Default Installed LED cupholder lights and added switch

I received my cupholder kit on 10/20/2012 and installed it on 10/28/2012. At purchase I discussed installing an on/off switch to turn the lights on and off as needed. Accent GlowLED recommeneded to place a switch in line to the ground at the power receptacle. No problems during the install and the kit was great & instructions well detailed. Great kit and idea. Pictures are attached that show the switch (red) and location, rear of the center console switch location, and completed console prior to install. I did not install a fuse as the power is fused by the illumination fuse (add-on to circuit) and all connections are soldered. The other switch, black in the photo, is for front LED footwell lighting. Also, a photo of the completed cupholder lights in operation.

Have just got the mod on my elantra 2011. Took only around 10 to 15 mins if you follow instruction. I did it with instruction video playing on my Mac on passenger seat. One thing is that the 3M won't stick as hard. I put some superglue to make it hold (probably a bad idea).

Thanks for the pics! Did the video help? I'd love to make one for every vehicle I do, but I'm not always the one with the vehicle and sometimes I don't get as much time as I'd like with each one.

I am thinking about upgrading the adhesive, just trying to figure out what works best for everyone, thank you
