If I unlock my vehicle using the remote, it will automatically
lock again after 30 seconds if I don't open the doors.
Has anyone else noticed this.
Not sure whether this is supposed to happen or not.

Lester..

Thanks for the reply.

I note that if you use the key instead of the remote
then it doesn't automatically lock again.

I have the auto-lock when driving - on my car it seems to activate at
about 20mph.

Your dealer can quickly disable auto-lock, no big deal.

The auto-lock is fine - quite happy to use it.
It is the squeaky clutch pedal that really
annoys me - and yes. the dealer has tried
to sort it out.

Lester..
If I forgot to lock the car after I went out from the car, looks like it's not automatically locking itself. Is anybody aware of how to set it to automatically locked in these cases?

the auto lock when a car is unlocked with the remote and a door not opened is part of the anti theft system. disabling this may invalidate your insurance if the car gets stolen.DON'T DO IT
