Is that the Hyundai factory installed model? Or was this an after market one you had installed

It was installed at the dealer! They told us Hyundai don't offer one on the vehicle.
There is one with Bluelink using your smart phone which we don't have!

Hyundai does offer a remote starter for the standard key'd tucson. It can be installed by the dealer and it's a genuine OEM hyundai part.

For the Prox Key model, you can pay for the bluelink subscription, or get an aftermarket remote starter installed.

I am having the dealer install the remote starter before I pickup my car... it cost me $600 but I do not know what model or anything about what they will install. I assume its OEM but not sure which... anyone know?

Since you have the limited, you have the Proximity key. That means it's going to be aftermarket. Most of the time, dealers will just drive your car to a local car stereo shop and have them install whatever that shop normally uses. Then the dealer will pad a few hundred dollars onto the install. So they probably pay $300-$400 to the shop, then charged you $600. They'll most likely give you a cheap 1-way remote too. I use a 2-way remote, and I highly recommend 2 way.

AVITAL Model 4115L. remote starter installed by dealer when we bought our vehicle works OK! It was Wife's request, I could care less. It came with 2, 1 way remotes.
Our salesman said it would be $500.00 extra but it never showed up anywhere on our Contract!

The good news is, you should be able to take it to any shop that installs Avital remote starters and usually it's an easy mostly plug and play upgrade to a 2 way remote, which usually have more range too. I just like it because I don't have to look out the window, and I can sit at my desk at work to start the car. During the summer, by the time I get out to my car, the 2-3 minutes it takes allows the car to be at a decent temperature for getting in.

I think most aftermarket remote start brands will work with the tucson, so there's no telling which one you got DrCactuss until you take possession.
