Cold snowy weather stuff

Really would love having a heated steering wheel. This will be on my must have list in the future.

While driving in active snowstorm I received a new "chime" alert on my dash directing me to "clear the radar for the AEB". I was really glad to see this as it tells me I can rely on knowing it is working,

Traction is good in snow ice with AWD IMHO.

Takes awhile for the car to heat up.

LOVE the heated seats.

Yea, the warmup time is really long unless you hit the highway. But I wear gloves in the winter, so a lack of heated steering wheel doesn't bother me.

Where is the radar? Mine is supposed to have it but I can't see the array anywhere on the front of the car (have had various other cars with this feature and it's pretty obvious normally).

Good question - I didn't need to check this as the snow was off my front end when I returned to my car that particular day because the precipitation had turned to rain and the alert was gone. I know it is up front somewhere - just knowing that if it can't "See" then it will let me know is reassuring. Love this feature

I looked into adding the heated wheel to my 17 Limited, it appears the factory heated steering wheel controls are mounted on the dash by the heated seat switches. I thought they would have utilized the little blank area by the Drive Mode switch near the shifter. Thats about as far as my technical ingenuity goes... gonna hafta keep a pair of gloves in the car.

No blank by the drive mode on mine.

you guys don't have AC front seats in the UK, why?

If you have a lovely wife, sexy hot lover, cool car, no problems with the government and revenue authorities, and when you go out the sun always shines and all passers smile to you - common dude, say NO to drugs!

I do. Only on the top spec Premium SE Nav level. They are utterly pointless though as it doesn't get hot enough to need them.
