Wouldn't splashing an already dirty camera with water without wiping off only make the image worse?

Maybe? But, if you can't see anything useful from the camera due to the dirt it's hard to make it worse

I wonder why they don't put the camera lens behind the glass in the hatch where the wipers clean?

look how I did it on my old GV:

the small camera is the rear view camera....

It was well done working camera, all times is was clean and neat! Id say this is actually a good idea to think about.....Actually, it would be way easy to add an extra camera then...

Actually I was thinking of swapping stock head unit on to android and have this style.....

in order to add front parking/blind spot sensors, so the info would be visible on the screen of the head unit then...

If you have a lovely wife, sexy hot lover, cool car, no problems with the government and revenue authorities, and when you go out the sun always shines and all passers smile to you - common dude, say NO to drugs!

Installing a Lada part on a Hyundai. Hmmm, wouldn't that break some kind of law or warranty
