2016 Tucson Vanguard Bull Bar

Hey guys/girls,

Curious if anybody has installed a Bull bar on their new Tucsons. I received one today from a company called "VANGUARD". The bar came with ABSOLUTELY no instructions only a parts list. I emailed the company and talked to somebody and all i got were some shotty pictures of a customers car they did, and some BS explanation of how the car is "TOO NEW" and they dont have a diagram for it. I'm very disappointed and I can't seem to find anything yet on the internet of people installing these things on the new year models. If anybody has any insight please feel free to send it my way. I'd love to post it up when its done, but a bag of bolts and some brackets is like putting together a huge jigsaw puzzle without knowing how the outcome is supposed to look in the end.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.
-Brandon

How the heck can they sell a product and not provide install instruction of some sort. Seriously? wow

sorry to hear that, but nowadays many producers do not send installation manuals...What I would suggest, post pic of what you've got in order.
Basically, brackets go first under the engine. You lift up your vehicle, go underneath, remove the plastic cover and see where it might go and bolt on. Than put all parts in order. The bulbar goes at the end. If it bolts on to the bracket you are good, or it might have extra connector between bracket and bulbar...seen few like that.Actually, the first thing is go under and see where it might go..usually brackets go to the engine frame close to the bumper....and post s one pic....

It says direct bolt on, but instructions/pictures upon request. It's probably a simple bolt on using exisiting sub frame bolts. Just take off the engine under cover and see what's in the area.
