2016 Tucson Power wire through firewall

Hi all, I recently purchased a small sub and amp for my car. I own a 2016 Tucson SE. I am keeping my stock head unit and stock speakers for the time being and I am trying to find a wiring diagram for the stock radio. I have read some people cant find the RCA on the stock unit. I also purchased a line out converter that I will be using.

I have two questions. Do any of you Hyundai owners know of any ways to pass a power line from the battery thru the firewall?
Secondly, does anyone have access to a wiring diagram? I have looked for about an hour with no luck other than a diagram someone posted on here, but I am not sure if it what I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

That would be a huge help, I'd really appreciate it if you get a chance to do that. Thank you!

Sorry, can't help with wiring diagrams but maybe with access from the engine compartment. Look on the drivers side of the firewall, just to the right of the power brake booster. You should see the main harness pass thru but just to the right of that, you should see the hood release cable pass thru. It's very flexible and allows access just behind the battery. I used it for my trailer wiring harness and it worked flawlessly.

@cris108: Welcome to the forums. It is a great group of guys and gals on here. About 99.9% of which are way smarter than I am. But only a handful that are crazier. And that's open for debate.

Click on the UserCP tab/link at the top of the page. Fill in location, engine size, year, make, etc.

I appreciate it! Sounds like a hassle, but will be a huge help for me to use when installing, so thanks again! I'll be looking for the scans tonight after work!
