PM me your email, i'll send the pinouts to you. But the problem i think is the NAV unit does not have a factory built in AMP. So you'll need to add your own external amp, which takes a SPDIF input. I would use a low wattage amp, because the factory speakers only have 18 guage wire.
You lose the center buttons, but gain a storage pocket. My pioneer has the ability to change the color of the buttons to match the factory blue. I use the steering wheel controls anyways, so i won't miss the knobs. I'm painting the metra kit with Krylon Brushed Metallic Satin Nickel, we'll see if it matches.
I'm working on the write up now, i pulled my Pioneer 4200nex from my old car and made the harness for the Tucson, minus the backup camera, but i was able to retain the factory Steering wheel controls, USB and Mic. I'm still waiting for the metra dash kit to get here so i can put it in. Later, once i figure out what connector to use for the backup camera, i'll make another harness for that.
