Since I purchased my Tucson two weeks ago, I have been researching mounted headrest DVD players pretty heavily. I have grey cloth interior. Due to safety concerns by manufacturers, I have not found a single cloth headrest unit, fair enough. I was about to purchase the below units, but figured I'd check here if anyone has these installed already. My concern is they don't mount securely. I have read all the reviews and they seem to be a good value.

We have the outlet in the trunk and the fuse box on the driver side. Those two are my current thoughts. I may look into tapping a 12V under the power driver seat. I'm still looking for a workshop manual. All wires will feed through the back of the seats. If I can drill holes in the headrest posts, to route the wiring, that would be ideal.

If I do to the trunk, I will run it to the driver's rear passenger side and cover it under the carpet trim piece, then under the rear seat, then spare wheel well, to the power supply. This will probably be my worst case scenario.

I would like to follow the same route for tapping into a fuse: back of seat, carpet trim piece, up to the back of the fuse box (routed through some existing space). I do not want a visible wire when the driver side door is open. I think this option will work easily.

Well for the time being I just ran the cigarette lighter adapter up front for power, but I will hardwire later... I was able to hide the wire really easy in the back...just tucked it in all the gaps running up the seat track and up the side to the cigarette lighter adapter you can hardly even see it.

8 years ago when they sent the same wrong color, I had to buy and ship directly to their office a headrest from suzuki in order that they ship me the right one, seems no changes in the company besides switching name only.....LOL
Problem is that upon arrival up here I must pay some duty, and claiming back doesn't work with customs....this is the only upside down side....

installed it today. However didn't find wire in order to have DVDs work when engine is running, as tapping to constant positive wire isn't good for that.
