Any reputable dealer will make it right, otherwise contact Hyundai America. I wouldn't wait, I'd do it now before the vehicle gets here. If that fails you have other options.

2017 Santa Fe Black 2.0T , Ultimate Package.
2016 Tucson Ruby Wine 1.6T, Ultimate Package. (Sold)

Where are you located? I believe in some areas (ie. Northeast) FWD isn't even available.

My experience with Hyundai dealers is as good as any other dealer. They have been very competitive in their pricing and have delivered as agreed. The finance/leasing manager for my Tucson was one of the best I have ever encountered.

I ended up paying $32800 for the 2016 AWD Tucson Limited W/Unlimited and they thru in carpeted floor mats, mud flats, cargo net, cargo cover and cargo tray. Not a bad deal. Edmunds.com helped me get them to drop the price even more.

MSRP is $35500 with all the added goodies.I purchased from Family Hyundai in Orland Park, IL.

If you're a member, try the Costco buy program. The contract price is $1000 below invoice. Not bad for a car few dealers are budging much on. And, no haggling on the price!

The MSRP on an AWD Limited w/ the Ultimate package is higher than $32K. You did not get the Ultimate package! Still a great deal, but there is no chance your Tucson has the Ultimate package.
