Did you find the invoice price? I found at least 5 dealers that would discount their cars around invoice plus $100.00 - $200.00
range.
Yup. Carsdirect showed the invoice at $ 34,945 (awd). Have to say am a bit surprised on the residual you were given. I was hoping for a 58-60% residual.

The residual on the SE is higher than on the Limited. Don't know why except the SE is the special lease deal they are advertising. If you do the math on the special lease it comes to 58%. I went into the leasing process thinking I could get a Limited at that rate also but all dealers confirmed the 54%.

At 54% I may look elsewhere. The monthly lease rates are just not that attractive for that vehicle (IMO).

For a few dollars more a month I can lease an Acura RDX. Have an appointment with a Hyundai dealership to test drive the Tucson this weekend. Will talk with her and see what residual she gives but afaik it doesn't change from dealer to dealer.

I hope this will help someone, I just bought my Limited yesterday with the ultimate package
Added features:
floor mats
cargo net
cargo tray
mud guards
first aid kit (not included in msrp, was just sitting in the back)

MSRP total of 34,110.00 (including 895.00 for freight) I paid 32,500 out the door in Va.

Feature for feature, the RDX will cost more and it requires premium gas. It is a nice SUV and would probably be my third choice.

Tucson
Santa Fe Sport
RDX

Remember it's 56% not 54% if your looking at the Limited. My experience with Acura has been very favorable, good resale values which makes good leasing programs.

Finally bought 2016 limited ultimate at local dealer in southern NH for essentially MSRP. No deals in my area at all. Love the Tucson, but really feel like I paid too much for it. I'm selling my 2009 Elantra SE with 41,000 miles on it myself, since the dealer only wanted to give me 5,000 to 5,500 (same dealer offered me 8,000 for it 6 months ago). It really was not a pleasant buying experience compared to my first Hyundai 6 years ago.

I just put a deposit down on the Limited AWD with the Ultimate Package for 34k out the door with All Weather floor mats and a cargo net. I just noticed that they billed me for a FWD. Hoping that the paperwork is in error.

They will claim it was a mistake. It is funny how the "mistakes" always benefit them....
