Default problems with xm audio in 3.8 Genesis

Im not sure if anyone has already posted about this but i am having some trouble with the xm in my genesis 3.8. The XM would go in and out. sometimes i would start the car and the xm comes on and sometimes it doesnt. even the preview channels doesnt work when this happens. does anyone know anything about this problem?

Default XM Audio...

Mine had been cutting out and then stopped totally. I had to call Sirius and they reset the system. I was told you can do it online also on the Sirius site.
