Default Help Identifying Squeak in Back Seat

I have a 2012 VC AWD Limited. Car is nearly flawless, but I have noticed a very high pitched intermittent vibrational squeak that comes from the second row seats when no one is sitting in them and I am driving alone. I have lubricated the seat tracks and managed to get rid of the noise for short periods of time but it always returns. I can not isolate where it is coming from.

Have any of you had a similar problem, and if so how did you resolve it.

Thank you in advance for your answers.

is the center armrest in a downward position or in the upward position? mine has a 'similar' sound when its in the down position.

Any chance it's the rear door seals? One of mine makes odd noise in cold weather, which I know from experience is easily cured with silicone spray or tire foam (just like the infamous rattling tailgate).

Let us know if you ever pin down the source.

It is definitely somewhere in the seat. When someone is sitting there its not present. For a while it seemed to go away when the arm rest was down but then it returned. I think it is somewhere in the track, but everything is tight. Minor annoyance but I would like to resolve it

You might just need something more fluid (penetrating oil or WD40) to get into those tracks, before applying another shot of grease on top.

My Hondas used to be plagued by squeaky interior plastics, and the cure was liberal use of silicone spray everywhere I could find a seam or dry moving part. You might play around with that.

Yeah....that is my plan. Once it gets a bit warmer I will really do a thorough examination and hit every crevice with some dry lube. I think perhaps the tolerances are so tight that something is rubbing somewhere

Semi related,
Does anyone know if its hard to remove and re install the middle row seats? My car is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and removing the seat could help a lot, but if it's too hard to put it back right I won't do it
