You can try resetting the head-unit by pulling all fuses related to the radio or removing the negative cable from the battery for a few minutes. For the year of the vehicle, it should still be under warranty unless you're over the mileage limit.

Could be a failed display or loose connection with-in the radio. You could try checking the internal connections, just remove the radio from the face-plate (makes handling and access easier) then try removing the top cover or radio face to check for loose connections. Good-luck
