veracruz radio

have a 2020 hyundai veracruz and the radio does not show any numbers on display.radio works light on display works but nothing shows up to id the station or disk.need help on this matter thanks jim

sorry about the year its a 2010 veracruz. the radio works but the display is just blue will not show any information.help please.

You can try resetting the head-unit by pulling all fuses related to the radio or removing the negative cable from the battery for a few minutes. For the year of the vehicle, it should still be under warranty unless you're over the mileage limit.

trird to reset .took the radio out unpluged all cordx reinstalled.no go radio works but no display just blue.light.

tryed to reset it took it out unpluged all cables reinstalled no go .radio works but still just blue screen.no numbers or anything on display just blue light.its out of warrenty thanks jh

if you have done all that....i'd be willing to bet your head unit is no good. why...i have no idea. now, you will need to decide whether if you want factory replacement or aftermarket installed.

Could be a failed display or loose connection with-in the radio. You could try checking the internal connections, just remove the radio from the face-plate (makes handling and access easier) then try removing the top cover or radio face to check for loose connections. Good-luck

thanks for all of the replays. im thinking about putting in a 6 disc touch screen-radio with blue tooth gps and dvd have already bought the faceplate..anyone have any help on this?thanks jim
