2014 Veracruz (ix55)

Reading the text in this report Spied: 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe shows off new interior! indicates that the 5-seat Santa Fe will be replaced in 2013 model year by ix45 (as we all know) but that a 7-seat version of the new model will replace the Veracruz in 2014 model year, probably as ix55.

This is good news for those of us who don't want to downsize from the current 7-seat Santa Fe which is still available in RoW - that is if the ix55 is good enough quality-wise to justify the higher price tag - the Veracruz simply wasn't high enough quality in Europe.
