Any tips on where to buy body cladding and the rear bumper assembly after market vers going to the dealer? Thanks its a 2005 santa fe

Judging by your excellent location for cars , I would say a local junk yard would be the best place to start

I cant find cladding that dosent get damaged durring the removal process!

I found a awesome place on the net to order oem parts!!!! Can someone please take a photo of their 05-06 santa fe bumper cover where it connects to the bumper bracket/support top side under tail light..

On the first design Santa Fe, to take off the rear bumper; remove the fasteners connecting the wheel liners and mud flaps, then unbolt the impact bar, and remove the entire assembly, then remove the cover from the assembly

Body cladding; ah yes another fine engineering effort. DO NOT try to pry any of it off!!! You will ruin it, and dent the body panels !!! For the doors, remove the inner trim panels, squeeze the square retainers with a pliers one at a time, and push them outward. The front edge is trickier. If you can get a small phillips screwdriver in there do it, other wise rotate the entire molding to loosen the screw. the lower retainers on the inner molding are self explanitory, easy. The front fender molding, remover the front wheel liner and mud flap to gain access to the upper retainers, squeeze them with a pliers. Again, a little tricky. Lower retainers came off with the mud flap. If it is being stubborn, remove the lower fender bolts and pull the fender away to get at the uppers better. The rocker panel, remove the lower fasteners, the fasteners at the front of the rear wheel, and grab the panel and pull out very sharply. You will break some clips, but there are plenty to hold the panel on yet. Or you can reglue the square clips back on the panel. That works once. I always hated the way Hyundai fastened their moldings. So much effort and technology wasted on fasteners that could have been used elsewhere on better things.
