Default AT will not move in reverse or drive

I just did a motor swap on a 2003 with 3.5 auto tranny and awd. engine runs great and every thing is running fine. Only problem is that the trans will not create any power. With no drive shafts on it still wont move the splines. With that said the trans was driving/running great b4 the swap. Any ideas on a possible sensor or other possible problems. Thanks

Might sound silly.....but wreckers usually drain the fluids.
Are you sure you have it topped up with fluid on the dipstick ; even low 4-5 quarts might cause this problem.

Pretty tight under the hood for a motor install on the Santa Fe's.

The trans is the stock trans thee motor was swapped. and yes i started the motor and let it run the temp up to get nice and hot and the fluid level is dead on. And yes i deff wouldnt mark this a roomy on the engine bay.
