That right there points directly to bad front wheel bearing hub assemblies. You'll notice it on turns, typically at ~35 and ~60mph. The lateral forces incurred when turning is what makes them growl. If you notice it most on right handed curves/turns, it's your left front hub. Left turns, right hub. Typical charge per wheel at an independent shop is ~$200-300.
