1998 Sonata, 4 cyl auto, 150000 miles. Any experiences to share about gas tank leaks on this model would be appreciated. Any good sources of used tanks or materials used to fix leaks? Years ago the tank was tested at the dealer and they won't replace the tank. The engine and auto trans. is mechanically sound and car is used on daily basis, but drivers door latch is broke and car pulls to the right, it has always pulled to the right. I am thinking of selling this car if there is someone that could use it, but would like input on any tank fixes for now.

here is a site that give instruction on taking the gas tank out (but it seams kinda hard)... if its a big leak i would use that site, but if it was small, try gas tank sealant...
