Does anyone know the size of the rear speakers in the 05 sonata as I would like to upgrade them? Also, does anyone know what is a good wattage to use with a stock stereo. The smallest I've seen is 150 peak(watts)

Will you be running the stock stereo/amp to the speakers? It will power any 6x9's just fine. If I remember correctly the stock Hyundai speakers on the Sonata run at 2-ohm. Most aftermarket speakers you find will be 4-ohm, so it may be a good idea to replace the ones in the front also, otherwise your front speakers will be getting more power than the rears (2-ohm draws a heavier load).
