Default 2004 Tiburon GT Clutch Issue

I am by no means a car person, so I figured I'd come here for help. The other day I was driving home from work, somebody in front of me was turning, so I slowed down and went to downshift. When I put the clutch down, it stuck to the floor. Now, I was able to pull the pedal back up, but am not able to push it down all the way now. When releasing the bleeder under the hood, I'm able to put the pedal back down, but it just sticks to the floor again.

Does this mean the clutch needs to be replaced or could there be another issue?

I would guess that EITHER the clutch Master cylinder or the slave cylinder is blown....Both are an easy fix and not real expensive. No fancy tools required although I have better luck with a power bleeder then the old " stomp and open" method.
