Thank you all for your replies.

Today one of my friends (he's an auto tech) will remove the airbag module to replace the steering wheel controls, I would like to have a couple of new bolts just in case the bolt head breaks and if that happens be able to replace them immediately.

My friend is even bringing the right tool to adjust those bolts with the specific torque specified by Hyundai.

Once again, thank you for your replies and I'll post the results tomorrow.

Ok guys, my friend used a ratchet wrench with a T40. We then replaced the cruise / audio controls (black/black) for the new ones (silver/black), put everything back together and to our surprise, they didn't work

Both controls have the same connector, shape, but the new ones didn't work on my SF

Airbag removed again, and old controls back to the steering wheel...

If anyone know why they didn't work I would appreciate your help...

Thanks!

Welcome to my world! hyundai saved 5 cents on 2 wires that go from the switch to the computer. In your case check the amount of pins on the clockspring you might need to change this part for some extra features to work!

Well, my SF came with both cruise and audio controls installed from factory, what I just wanted to do was to replace those black old looking controls for the 2011 silver ones, that's what I did, the connector was the same as the old one but they didn't work.
