Default Part?

Does anyone know the part number or where to get the "small motor in the sliding door module" that fixes the issue where the door will only open if the handles are manually operated.

Thanks in advance.

Hit your local Hyundai or Kia dealer.. They might still be a stocking item.. been a while though.

Thank you for the information, My local Hyundai dealer had the part and replaced it for free when they did the door lock recall. Best repair job I have ever had to do

Thanks again.

Hmm funnily enough our 2007 Entourage has just started doing the same thing...

Can't open or close the driver side sliding door with the buttons...but pull the handle and it will open.

I do notice that the door seems to be sticking at the bottom and it almosts tilts on the frame as it tries to push the top of the door.

When you tug on the door handle this "helps" the door get over the sticking point...is this really due to a bad motor - it looks more like simple adjustment would cure it?

Replace the motor at the offending door' handle/cable module

RE: My local Hyundai dealer had the part, replaced it for free when they did the door lock recall.

********

Most the cars are either going, or out of warranty so:

It would help others that will be having this problem if you could post the part numbers of the parts replaced, and if you could note what was written on the ticket.

(Translation, As stated above most of these cars are just about to go out of warranty so we need to build a database of FIXES along with a listing of part numbers for common problems that affect these cars.)

*******

Is this the part number of the motor? Is the same motor used on each side?
